Job Requirements:
  • Executions and validation of system testing, analysis and reporting of result
  • Provide support in deployments, addressing posts implementing technical and business process issues
  • Maintaining documentation of key databases and linked applications
  • Identifying and developing functionality changes
  • Scheduling and running regular tests to enhance the current systems and applications
  • Liaising with software suppliers to fulfill the requirements of the organization
  • Communicating messages regarding systems issues to users promptly
Key skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of Production support of Microsoft dynamics CRM
  • Should have done at least one MS CRM implementation/upgrade
  • Must have MS SQL database knowledge along with server management skills including IIS (Internet Information System), ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services) & IDF (Internet Facing Deployment) configuration.
  • Dashboards and reports in MS CRM system
  • IP  Telephony integration through Tapi
  • MS CRM and ERP integration such as AX and Oracle
  • MS CRM 2013 and 2015 knowledge
  • MS Sharepoint knowledge is a plus
  • Must be locally available with transferable visa and NOC
